This painting was inspired (as nearly always) by starting with a sketch from my memory or imagination. J dream of the countryside, of peace and quiet. I hope it evokes thr same feelings for you. It was painted wholly in watercolour paint and evolved in the paper. Enjoy.

Currently, I am focused on painting some gorgeous landscapes and still lifes in my current work. I am strongly influenced by places and things that are peaceful, melancholy and evoke a feeling of home to me.
