This painting was inspired by my love of folkart. It is of a bird perched on a bare tree looking out to the countryside. The painting features the artist's unique mark making and watercolour style. With its beautiful timeless feel this painting will bring warmth and cozy vibes to its new home.

Currently, I am focused on painting some gorgeous landscapes and still lifes in my current work. I am strongly influenced by places and things that are peaceful, melancholy and evoke a feeling of home to me.
