Three brown geese fly high over the water. This painting is a little nostalgic in it's colour and design. My grandmother always had three duck ornaments on the wall in my room when I stayed over and I stared at them for many hours, hence the inspiration for this painting and the many happy memories.

Currently, I am focused on painting some gorgeous, moody landscapes in my current work. I am strongly influenced by places and landscapes that are peaceful, melancholy and evoke a feeling of home to me. Farm landscapes are always so charming and make the perfect focal points of my paintings. I hope you enjoy this piece. The scene is painted in Rochelle's unique watercolour style.
