A view up the street to Avon Terrace in York. Painted in a modern watercolour style, this rendering of the oldest inland town in Western Australia is unique but true to the view today. The sunlight was captured on the side of the building and ranges beyond.

Currently, I am focused on painting some gorgeous andscapes and still lifes in my current work. I am strongly influenced by places and things that are peaceful, melancholy and evoke a feeling of home to me. Landscapes and still lifes are always so charming and make the perfect focal points of my paintings. I hope you enjoy this piece. This painting represents Rochelle's unique style.
