Two blue roofed farmhouses sit amidst the fields. With their dark blue tin roof and white facades, they stand out in the peaceful landscape. This scene was painted with watercolour in a soft painterly style. A love of representing our homes in this spacious country is always an influence in my art. I hope this piece brings feelings of warmth and enjoyment.

Currently, I am focused on painting some gorgeous, moody landscapes and still lifes in my current work. I am strongly influenced by places and things that are peaceful, melancholy and evoke a feeling of home to me.
